Ingredients:
1 liter of milk (preferably full cream)

Steps:
Boil the Milk
Heat the milk in a pan until it boils. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Cool the Milk
Allow the milk to cool down to a warm temperature (lukewarm—not hot, not cold). You should be able to dip your finger comfortably.
Add the Starter Curd
Add 1–2 teaspoons of existing curd to the warm milk and stir gently to mix.
Set the Curd
Cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place, undisturbed, for 6–10 hours or overnight.
Check and Refrigerate
Once set, check the consistency. Refrigerate to stop further fermentation and enjoy chilled.
Tips:
In winter, wrap the bowl in a towel or keep it near the stove to help set.
Always use fresh, active curd as a starter.
