Amla with Gur Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

3–4 fresh amlas (Indian gooseberry)

2–3 tbsp grated gur (jaggery)

½ tsp roasted cumin powder

¼ tsp black salt

¼ tsp red chili powder (optional)

Salt to taste

Method:

Wash amlas, boil or steam until soft, then remove seeds.

Mash the amla finely in a bowl.

Add grated gur and mix well until it melts slightly.

Add cumin powder, black salt, red chili powder, and salt.

Mix into a smooth chutney.

Serve:

Enjoy fresh as a healthy chutney with meals or snacks.
